Dear Sir / Madam,
I am interested to purchase a resale flat in a building in Dahisar West. The blgd is 20 yrs old with over 16 residential flats + few commercial shops. I am told that the flat has a CC but has not got OC. it does have municipal water connection + electricity connection. Is it advisable to buy such a flat. Secondly, this flat was previously used for commercial purposes. In case i want to use it for commercial purpose too (for starting a clinic/ day care surgical centre), what are the legal issues that i can face. How should i go about it. Please guide me.

If title of the property is clear then definitely you can buy this bldg provided it suits your business objective.
You need necessary clearance form the Pollution Control, Health Department and Municipality to run this type of business.
