Hello, I am currently in my second year of undergraduate btech degree. I intend to study patent law after graduation and become a patent attorney. I want to know what are the best options for me :
1. A JD from a US law school or an llb from
an indian law school. which would be
better ?
2. Should i go for an MS first in a related
field and then go for law school ?
3. I heard about some joint degree programs
like JD/MS. Are they a good option ?
4. Also is an LLM in IP law important to
progress in the field or a JD/LLB would
be sufficient ?
I intend to work in India in the long term.
A little help please, i m not getting any good advice in the engineering circles !
Thank You :)
