life interest and absolute interest

if property is undivided hindu widow remains life interested.this may be an example of operation of law.can there be other examples whereby life interested may be created other than by way of opertaion of law. the term reversioner in remainder and reversiner in possession means what.

i m asking can suit be specifically enforced by/agaist them.if yes under what contigency.such contigency is given under 15(e) and (F) of sr act.i that context i want to know
