Dear experts i was falsely implicated in a case u/s 120B/420/465/467/468/471 I.P.C along with other 4 accused after one year of my resignation from the company. I got bail now the matter is fixed for charge, how can i discharge from the case as i was not involve in the case at all, kindly refer some judgements

It is very difficult to get discharged at charge framing stage. You have to contest the case vigorously.

Under what evidences the complaint was lodged examine those evidences and if you find any positive ground of your discharge you can approach the COP if he co-operate then o.k..Otherwise approach the High Court with the facts to quashing under 482.
