Transfer in central government autonomous body

Sir / Madam,
I am working as a office clerk-A, in autonomous body of department of space since Nov.2008. I appointed through direct recruitment at udaipur, rajsthan. I am a married and i have 7th years old son. I belong to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My wife is housewife.I had keep my family in 2010 in udaipur But some unavoidable circumstances she is living at her father home at gandhinagar along with my son who studying at the Gandhinagar. My father and mother living at ahmedabad. After my all efforts she denied to live with me in udaipur Rajasthan. She always saying to transfer at native place or leave to job. My query is any genuine ground to get transfer at my native place (My head office also there)? Can i apply to transfer under in this situation, if yes what will be reason to apply transfer? Any criminals matter or system or case can i put through police or court to get my wife from her father-mother home? When i go to take my wife at my father in law, my brother in law denied to take her and ready to fight with me and also she denied clearly to me for the same.My father and mother many time visited my father in law home. They demand me to purchase a separate home at her native place Gandhinagar but it is not presently possible to economically according my income or saving. She left me last 1 year 6 months. When i want to talk her by cell phone my brother in law denied to talk with her and always disconnected the call. They always stopping me to meet my child and wife. I dont understand what i have to do? So kindly suggest me proper ways or path. I am very confused otherwise my family life going to crash or in trouble.

Being placed in wrong category, your question may not attract any suitable reply, as you have mixed up two different issues, one which relates to service law and the other on family law.
So, to attract appropriate answers from experts on the related subjects, better post your question on the matter of your transfer in the category of service law and the matter pertaining to your problem with you wife and in-laws in the category of family law.

I would like to go both law. What is the solution either family law or service law separately in this situations? The thing is sir, family law issue will be solution itself if service law issue complete. Both are connected each other so i want to know what i have to do exactly? If any more information wanna let me know please.

Write your wife regularly and mail the same by registered/speed post requesting her very submissively to come and live with you by letting her to understand getting a job is no easy business and leaving the same may prove fatal as a threat to bread and butter,and continue it to do for 5to6 times.keep carbon copies of your all letters with registry/speed post receipts.Also those which
are returned unserved by refusal or otherwise.
RETURN HERE AGAIN FOR FURTHER ADVISE AFTER SIX MONTTHS.

i wrote as you said before one year and till date do not written. But how much time should go through this procedure, is any deadline for that? There are nil communication between me and wife. I gave in undertaking before to get them(wife and son) at udaipur to my in law. She was living with me but a little clash is reason myself living alone. I dont know how is this ways helpful me but i will do same as you suggest.
