Illeagal constructed house in others land

i have purchased a house on 1991 constructd by vendor in his fathers property,but it was sold to others by his father long back as i dont know
,it is not mutated by vendee till today,iam in position till today ,now the vendee sold the part of house to another son of the vendors father,ie brother of vendor ,and it is mutated in his name without mutating in the name of vendor in 2010,now the vendee brother,who purchased the part of house lodged a complaint that my house is not in his house numbered land it is govt land but actually it neighbours land who is un known and out of address,the muncipality issued to show ownership doccuments ,we are having common passage now he is obstructin the passage to not to use by me , now what is the proseegure,how to prove adverse position

please contact a local lawyer in hyderabad . before purchase of property you ought to have taken title search .
it appears that local muncipal corporation has issued you a show cause notice on the basis that land belongs to govt .
when you purchased property did you pay proper stamp duty and was agreement registered . ?
it would be advisable to contact local lawyer and after going through the papers of case and after taking search of records would be in position to file appropriate proceedings
