Hon'ble Respected members,

As far as I know, NDPL had filed an appeal before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi - regarding applicability of RTI Act to it.
I could not find the decision on the website suggested by respected members. May I again request hon'ble members to suggest me in finding whether decision has been taken or the appeal is still pending before Hon'ble Court
