Regading laws realting to employees

Dear expert kindly advice of following.

1. How long a person can be on contract in organisation in private limited company?

2. Can employee adjust his/her leaves with notice period?

3. In case he has lot of leave available then what should be the cap available and whether co. can put this cap?

4. What is the legal action can be taken against abscondee?

1. As long the standing orders of that company provide.

2. If leave are payable in cash.

3. The company is well within its rights to put this cap.

4. Police report can be got lodged and civil proceedings of recovery can also be initiated as per terms of agreement.
