Registration for bar council of india

(Querist) 19 September 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Refer my querry for registration. I belongs to Faridabad and presently serving in Indian Air force. Plz suggest me for registration in Delhi or Faridarbad.

As a law graduate, you must have gone through the provisions of Advocates Act, 1961. Enrolment as Advocate is not permissible for those persons who are in businees or who are under employment of any one. Since you are employed with Air Force, you will not get enrolment with the Bar Council now. Only when cease to be an employee you can get yourself enroled with the Bar Council.

Mr. Ramachandran is right to get enrolled you need to resign your job and only then you can think how to seek enrollment at Bar.

I think, as per the revised system of bar counsil of india, you can't enroll as an advocate..
