Dear Experts,

1) Pre-revised scale of 80-135 in the above statement what is mean by " 80- 135"?

2) Respondent filed another writ petition being OJC No 2237

in the above statement what is mean by "OJC"

3) What is mean by foreshore in Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966?

1) The pay scale of 80-135 denotes Rs.80 as the minimum and Rs.135, as the maximum of the basic pay of a post Normally, an employee gets the minimum basic pay at the start of his service on that post and would go up to maximum of Rs.135 by earning periodical yearly increments at aome fixed rate of increment.

2) Not known, Some other expert may help you.

3) Definition of foreshore for the purpose of Land Revenue has not been provided in the aharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966. However, the literal meanings of foreshore is:

"(1) The area of a shore that lies between the average high tide mark and the average low tide mark"

AND

(2) "The part of a shore between the water and occupied or cultivated land."

SO, you can interpret the meaning as may suit to the requirement of the matter of case.
