Reply to criminal appeal

Can any lawyer friend help me to provide the format for reply to a criminal appeal u/s 378 (4) CRPC. I would incorporate the grounds in it. I just need the format for reply.

As replied various times in this section, there is no format of replies. Each and every case is unik in its nature having specific facts and law involved therein so better avail some local senior lawyer for this purpose instead of asking/expecting vague replies.

please try to understand that on ready made draft would not beneficial you. you could loose the case. So consult with local lawyer for it.
