Hi Experts what are the properties which comes under the said act?
As per law if any trf of such property is done through poa which comes under the said act the such poa should be registerd with sub registrat for rest of the property we can go for pulic notary.
Moreover as we know that now trf throug poa is no more vlid but If I do such transaction trough POA by using stam paper of back date then would that help me to avail it as a valid trf.
I am trying to but a flat at badarpur border for which registry is not open for the property all the trf is done through poa over there.. I am in great tension as now I made a mind to buy a property and I have accumulated enough money and i was abt to purchase a flat and wa abut to give Bayana today.. Just before I read this. I need a proper solution. Please help me to this rid of the law using apprpiate working.

It seems that you are talking about the registration act, 1908.
Buying flat on back date is not advisable and also not possible.

Yes I am talking abt registration act 1908.
If I am buying on POA . and have a Stamp paper of back date.. can't I do so??
