Apartment prpesident

Thank you Experts for answering the question of whether a person be as President when he is not having a flat as but his wife, eventhough he had not obtained the letter from his wife but with majarity of vote, voted for sympathy, as he is a Senior Citizen. How can we explain him that he is not eligible for that post.

If a person is not a member of the Society he can not become its office bearers.
