During the pendency of case petitoner died leaving behind 4 male and 2 married daughters. Only male member comes on record as legal representative. Is this valid? Married daughters should also come on record as legal rep?

All LRs of deceased must come on record by substitution else the case would stand ABATED.

Yes all needs to be recorded irrespective of their gender.
Make additional petition for adding their name as well.
