This query is : Resolved
Is there any provision in the Trust Act that the employment cases in religious institutes should be conducted in the Charity Comm.'s Courts. Further only cases pertaining to property of such institution alone can be admitted in the Charity Commissioner's Court?

Your query is doubtful and dubious with regard to Act and law.Unless you clarify under which Act the trust in question is registered ,no proper answer can be given.
The next objection to query from me is that unless you have a particular real live problem, please do not raise a query in expert section.
Your this query and the other raised here before should be raised by you in forum section of this site.

Sir,
The religous organisation is registered under the Trust Act and is given the trust registration No. as well. This is the case in which the defendant has raised objection that only property cases of trust should be dealt with by the Charity Commissioner. Sorry to say, but I am not posting vexatious queries. These are all real life cases running the courts. Still however I pardon if I am not very clear in putting up the queries. But just to avoid more words, I write briefly. In such serious maters expert's opinion would be moredesirable.
