Every muslim of sound mind who has attained PUBERTY can enter into a NIKAH .PUBERTY is presumed on the completion of the age of 15 years.
Where parties to marriage are of sound mind and have attained the age of puberty, such a marriage can be entered into only with their express consent. The marriage is proposed by one party to the other and other party has to accept it.The marriage must be witnessed either by 02 MALES or by 01 MALE and 02 FEMALE WITNESSES being sane and adult. The proposal and acceptance is required to be terminated in one meeting alone. Neither writing nor any religious ceremony is required.

Ld. Prabhakar Singh Ji,
Now the legal age of marriage in India is 18 years for female and 21 years of male. Now it is a secular.
Then I would like to put it once again, legal age of marriage is 18 years for girls and 21 years for boys.
Even in Classical Hindu law there is no minimum age of marriage.

Dear Shonee Kapoor! In our country secularism confers one liberty that we can preach but can not enact any uniform code.
The personal law is as much open as is the religion.
It is hindu law where some codifications have been made but MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW IS INTACT.
I INVITE YOUR RE ATTENTION TO THE QUERY WHICH YOU HAVE PERHAPS OVER LOOKED. "what is minimum age of boy and girl in muslim marriage ?"
I HOPE IN ANSWER TO THIS QUERY MY ANSWER IS CORRECT.

Those Muslims who are not of sound mind or have not attained puberty, even their marriage [nikah]can be contacted by their legal guardians.
