the court shall provide you copy of the charge sheet as you are nettiled to it free of cost
a combined reading of Section 207 of Cr.P.C. with the provisos to it would go to show that the court's duty was to furnish copies of the documents in whatever language they were found.
If they were voluminous, the accused would be allowed to peruse the documents.

You have not told your relation with the ongoing case. Anyway, if you are accused, it shall be provided to you by concerned court free of cost soon after it is submitted by IO before it and if you are other than accused person then apply it in your own name and get its certified copy even without engaging a lawyer.

I guess this is the complainant, who has posted the same query elsewhere also.
If you know the case no. and the court, you can go for the inspection of the file by paying requisite court fee.
If it is there, then you can get it by applying for certified copy of the same.
However you can get the same by greasing palms also, but that method is not advisable.

As more than one year is over, you get certified true copy of chargesheet, from the concerned court, delegating this job to your Advocate, and apply in court to expedite the matter.
