my father was allotted plot by dda. before he could sell it he died . i was minor at that time. my elder brother applied for mutation and got mutation in his name .then he sold the property to third party . i have not received anything from that sale . can i get back the plot or can i file any suit against the present owner and demand money from him . can the sale papers executred by brother in 1997 be cancelled now .

Your claiming rights are bar by limitation. However, you can file a suit together with CD against your brother and said third party for cancellation of sale deed.

Is the plot still open or some construction has gone over it?If,yes,is half of it still open land??
What is your exact age at present???
Has your brother sold stating his share or the whole????
when did you come to know about his having sold????? and how?????
Have obtained the certified copy of registry by applying in your name???????? If yes then when???????????

Sir, partly open and partly constructed by the purchaser . my age is 29 at present .
i came to know recently .
my brother sold the property as a whole.
i have not yet applied or obtained the certified copies of the sale deed . i have come to know verbally only . thanks
