respected sir,
what is the procedure after change of name regarding name change of education certificates, property documents, house tax & bank accounts.

Please advice me.

Show gazette notification respective authorities to change name.

Yes. If its necessary mean show the gazette notification along with your paper publication, which is published by you about your name change.. Thats enough.

names in the academic certificates already issued are not changed.

by keeping a copy of the notification with relevant documents,you claim to be the person with new name.

for opening bank accounts,insurance policy etc could done in the new names.
