Declaration permanent injuction decree

CLARIFY WHETHER BELOW MENTIONED RELIEF PRAYER, PlANTIFF has to pay COURT FEE AS PER PERMANENT INJUCTION(nominal fixed fee) OR as per TITLE DECLARATION(% of market value)
1)PLZ give permanent injuction decree against defendant the defendant had no rights & restrict him not to disturb the Plantiff peaceful enjoyment & absolute ownership rights of mentioned scheduled property -

2)Also mention if Permanent injuction decree is got in favour of plantiff in above relief prayer case,then whether Plantiff got absolute Title or not on his mentioned scheduled property
