Sir, I purchased a item from a shopkeeper and asked for a bill. He did not give me the bill and I told him that it is my right.Anyhow, in our exchange of arguments, he said JAHAN SAB CHORR (thief) HAIN. HAMARE SARE MANTRIES AUR PRADAN MANTRY CHORR HAIN. I objecsted to such a language and told him not to speak such derogatory language. He further said "TUM JO KARNA HAI KAR LO. My wife and his two employees were present there. His employees may not prove witnesses. I felt it is wrong thing he is doing. I request legal advice so that he faces action of his wrong doing.

You can file a consumer complaint, a criminal case of defamation, a police complaint of openly defaming PM and all persons. You should issue him a legal notice through your lawyer and should teach him a lesson.

what he said was reprehensible . you were right in reprimnading him for making allegations against PM . /ministers .
if you file criminal complaint etc you will end up in running around in courts for a long time and will have to sepnd on lawyer fees .
the fact that you pulled him up for making false allegations against high dignitaries is sufficent

Dear Shailesh,
When our leaders can't exercise any control over their tongue, how we can expect any one else not to speak any unpleasant word against the leaders.
Al depends upon rational and ethical behaviour of our leaders, who are supposed to set their own examples making people to follow their footprints.
