sir, This May we got married..After 4 months in September c went back to her Mother's home and sent Mutual Consent Divorce agreement...After family discussion, i signed the papers...At that time my in laws said that till 02nd November court is close, on next day we vl file petition and v vl get decree till April...But now i came to know that till September we cant file petition and it will take around 8-9 months more after that..i.e. June 13...

if you legally married then you will legally leave from others, so you wait until get the order from the court even mutual divorce.

It is provision of law that you have to wait for six months from the date of filing a Suit for Divorce on Mutual Consent.If it is causes delay by your wife's side then you can file a Divorce Suit on contest after one year from the date of separation.

Sir, if we file petition in september than can v get divorce till march of next year.. or court may also extend it for more 2-3 months... i want to know general view of court proceeding in all this matter...not legal...plz advise....
