Civil partition case

Dear Sir, In civil partition case three womens including mother as plaintiff and one brother as defendant is keep going for almost crossing two years with some interim application even after transferred to Fast Track court in Tamil nadu. Being the old aged mother and the daugthers wants to expedite this partition case. Can you please suggest any way/method to expedite this case and finalized.

Partition suit is a long and lengthy course; better settle amicably by a compromise in the suit with help of lokadalat..

lok adalat mean like mediation.,

there you can get amicable settlements., there is no fruitful result mean you can get back to court.. for usual proceedings..

Dear Tom, Thanks for your reply. Iam near to you from Thanjavur! May I know the procedure for seeking this Lokadalat while the case is on-going?
Is this called "Makkal Mandram" in Tamil? Im not very sure but I saw a small building and name board on it at Thanjavur court area.
