Dear Sir,
Share mentioned in Relinquishment deed was not correct. Instead of 1/8th share of son, it has been written wrongly as 1/6th. On that basis mother has transfered property in her name also. Whether such relinquishment deed is valid. Do son have any right in the property now.

If any grammatical error is to be corrected, then can be done by registering a correction deed but if the relinquishers are not ready to correct the share then there is no chance as relinquish is voluntary and no force can be used.
