Authorities against revision petition for framing of charges

IN MY CRIMINAL CASE CHARGES HAVE BEEN FRAMED. THE OTHER PARTY HAS APPROACHED HIGH COURT FOR THE REVISION OF THOSE CHARGES. PLEASE GUIDE ME WITH SOME AUTHORITIES WHICH ARE AGAINST SUCH REVISION PETITION AGAINST THE FRAMING OF CAHRGES, SO THAT THE PROCEDURE OF CHEIF AND EVIDENCE CAN FOLLOW SMOOTHLY?

If the FIR has grounds for framing of charges, then HC would reject the said revision.

I HAVE HAERD OF CITATION BHARAT PARIKH VS. CBI AND ANR. (2008)) 10 SCC 109, AND WP (CRL.) 367 OF 2010 OF HIGH COURT DATED 27/08/2010, AND ALSO DHARAMVIR KHATTAR VS. CBI, 2009 IV AD, DELHI, THAT ORDER ON FRAMING OF CHARGES COULD NOT BE REVIEWED U/S 19 (3) (C) OF P.C. ACT. KINDLY SUGGEST MORE CITATIONS TO HELP ME IN MY CASE.
