I have a civil case whose facts i am well versed with and i have prepared the case along with my lawyer right till the case laws ... 1.When my lawyer will be arguing the case can i also argue the case with him or only he will be allowed to argue the case. 2. If i would have been a professional lawyer my self and in professional attire would i have been allowed to argue alongside with my lawyer in that scenario or not.

Either you are Plaintiff or you are Lawyer. You cannot be both. Did you file VP.? if not, you are not a Lawyer in this particular case. So your Advocate can argue, you can, side by side assist him , or read out some portion for him .

Don't try to earn the wrath of the judge to make a hotchpotch of the issues, if both of you try to argue simultaneously. However, your timely assistance to your lawyer in between the trial would be beneficial for you.

Even if you are a lawyer, you can not be an advocate for your own case.
Either engage an advocate or appear as party in person.
