Dear sir

I joined in pvt company as content engineer from 20 june 2011, they have confirmed me as a regular employer on 22 September 2011 and now they are saying me that i have to resigned this job without reason.

Also they are cheating at the time of joining. he told me that my in hand salary is 35,000 but after joining they have mentioned 35000 CTC in appointment letter. when i told about it they hike my salary 5000 and said that CTC and in hand are same our company..nothing deduction like PF

Please guide me what should i do in this condition.

Thanks
Devendra Kumar

do you ahve your appointment letter?

what were the terms and conditions mentioned in appointment letter regarding termination of services , notice period ?

ajay sethi (Expert) 14 December 2011
please go through the various clauses of your appointment letter / confirmation letter .

if you have not resigned nor given any letter of resignation the company cannot contend that you ahve resigned .

send a letter tot he company placing on record the fact that you have not submitted any resignaaton letter . similarly regarding your pay packet . draw attention of the company to promises made at time of joining .

consult a local lawyer

If the employer is not interested in keeping you, it is better to resign and look for a better job.

Otherwise, they will terminate you, by giving termination notice if any.

The termination will be a negative impact on your career, to avoid this, better resign.

Like Shri Arunagiri, I am also in favour of your saying goodbye to the non-cooperative employer in an honourable way rather than becoming target of harassment of the employer later on. TRY TO SEEK ANOTHER GOOD JOB.
