For permanacy

Dear sir, i have worked in doordarshan in 1992 to 1997 in mustroll. my cooleage are permanent in few years back. i want to know can i get the chance by labour court if i file the case . can u suggest me. wht i want to do?

You wrked from 1992 to 1997. It appears you left 14 years back. Apprently no hope unless the person who were give ty status had also left.

sir, i had contact to labour lwyr this week and told me u given me ur details. i take a chance. is it wright ? he told me i given a back date notice see the court.

I do not think any right survives.It is hard to believe what your advocate is saying you.We do not know such illegal things.Do not take our sanction.Take your independent decision.

Dear Mr. Ramchander,

Since you had left the Doordarshan some 14 years back, you do not stand any chance to succeed. The Advocate who advised you that he will try is only taking you for a ride! Tell him that you will pay his fees once you succeed - then see his reaction. Please do not fall prey to such impossible promises. It is nothing but taking undue advantage of your vulnerable position and exploitation of you and your situation. Better beware.
