SIR,MY CHEQUE HAS BEEN FORGED.CHEQUE BOUNCE WAS LODGED UNDER NI ACT 138.I WANT TO SEND THE CHEQUE TO EXPERT OPENION.pls sir send the profama for expert openion petition and the procedure how to file a expert petition.thanking you sir.e mail: gangam.rajender@gmail.com.

did you in reply to legal notice raise the contention that cheque has been forged?

file a criminal complaint case against the complainant for forgery u/s 420/468/471 i.p.c. and u/s 340 cr.p.c. for filing wrong affidavit before the concerned magistrate

First act as advised by Mr.Sethi.
thereafter, request to the court for expert opinion. The court will order appropriately.

As you are already facing a criminal trial so this is not a wise step to file a separate criminal case against the complainant on this ground rather first of all move an application before the trial magistrate to seek expert opinion about your signature over the cheque as compared with original signature of you and if the difference occurs only then file an application under section 340 criminal procedure code against the complainant before the same court and then get the complaint quashed and then file another case.
