please tell me if i can put an rti by email,if yes then how fee should be submitted to public information officer.

If PIO provides such services. Now, only 2-3 PIO provides online facility to file RTI Application.

i believe that written statement only allowed, if that PIO give any provisions then make online RTI request.

There is a initiate to file RTI application online. But , I dont have the clear info on who are all accepting RTI appln online / email.

generally rti applications are not accepted by email.

Unless there is some online a/c transfer available with PIO for this purpose,it could not be transferred.
