Kindly provide the section and recent amendments in karnataka of mother self acquired property and her sons property gain by using profit of that property during her liftime after her deth...

There is no such amendment which you want to ask. After demise of mother, her self acquired properties shall be distributed among her legal heirs and then they all are free to use its profits as per their free will and whims. This law was prevailing in Karnatka even prior to HSA 2005.
