while My friend doing business which is not registered but he is paying ServiceTax,but the sametime doing his regualr LLB degree.Is ti possible to register in bar council and practice.?

There is no any law prohibiting business during the study period. Even Bar council has no role to play at this stage.

The role of Bar Council shall start only when such person appears before it for registration as an Advocate. Its rules are applicable thereafter.

i feel he can..

an advocate only not allowed to involve him with any other income sources except court practice.. even lawers can do it..

yes, there is no bar as long as he is a student.

to enroll, first he should pass Law Degree. register in bar council does not arise.
As a student, he an carry on his business, no harm.
