Society by-law book and old general body book lost

Some 4 years back, there were dispute in our CHS. Our secretary resigned and handover all book to president. But president didn't accept secretary's resignation and meanwhile without informing any one , he went to mysor as job transfer. In this scenario our by-laws book and general body minutes book misplaced. What to do in this case. Is there any provision for to prepear bay-laws and minute book again?

Your CHS may pass a unanimous resolution to start new minute book and copy of bye-laws may again be obtained from the office of registrar. This is not big issue.
