Dear sir/madam
I am aneesh..I had been in love with a girl and married in office under spl act 1954.we didi not live together.
Now My wife has filed op for annulling my marriage.
We had taken a photo before marriage and i blackmailed with that to marry me so only she married(Pettion)
we took photo but i didi not black mail.My advocate says that if the girl says and that will be final.
pls reply me.

If you did not blackmail her then prove that in trial though your wife needs to prove first.
It is not correct to say that whatever wife says is gospel truth.
If you wish your wife back then file suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

What was the photo graph. Was it vulgar? If so you deserve the worse for taking such phot of the gril whom you intend to marry adn everyone will believe her allegation.
Did she volunteer for such photo? Even if yes then who will believe. She is the first to hit the nail.
Who will believe that you just broke the lock and did not commit burglary?
So you married her and did not keep her with you then what should she do to man like you? Keep on waiting till you have courage to call her wife. ye girls do this in films but they are paid in lakhs for acting.
The girl seems to be nice as she is just trying to get rid of you whereas you can go to jail (if the photograph was really vulgar)
You appear to be lucky that you got a mature lawyer who is not misguiding you to fleece you.
Do not forget that the court has inherent powers to dispense justice by issuing an appropriate directions even if not requested by your wife. In cae the judge trying this case taken notice of your photographic adventure and passes directions to Area SP to register criminal case.
So you are not crucified but taken leniently. She is just asking for annulment of marriage (atleast as you described) do not provoke her further and take advantage of mercy shown by her.

if it was a love marriage why did you not live together?
you have stated that she filed claim for annullment of marriage on account of you black mailing her
you have denied black mailing her ,
you have not replied to query raised by Mr sudhir kumar as to whether pics were vulgar/ or taken with her consent?
in petition deatiled particulars must have been mentioned about black mailing done by you . your wif will have to prove the allegations
if your wife wants divorce do agree for divorce .

shroff sir you can't find the meaning of "kolaveri" at anywhere. because thats a tamil word. "kolai veri"
kolai mean murder.
veri mean such a eager/thirsty with angry.

by used that word a tamil song made a world record, which is sang by a tamil hero without grammer of musical.. publics are celebrating it. but music field peoples blaming him as he destroyed the image of musical..
thats most downloaded song on youtube since ever.. also recieved a golden award for that..

You gave a excellent intro to Kolaveri. I will recommend Dhanush to add this in his book of records.
Regarding the vakalat to be signed by Mr.Shroff, what is the probable offense, 307 or 506(2).
For me I dont need a counsel, only the PP will handle he case.
