What is the difference between legal heirship certificate and survivor certificate?
Are they one and the same or are they different?
If different, what is the difference?
Is it true that some states like Tamilnadu and Maharashtra issue legal heirship and not survivor certificate and other staes like Karnataka issue survivor certificate and not legal heirship certificate?

I wish, A GLOBAL LAW SHOULD PREVAIL, no state, no personal laws, one language (say only English, accepted & used worldwide by majority, )& Private Services for Administration & Court/ Police for Quick, justified actions.
Day will come, that all countries will unite and form single government. same laws applicable to all, no domicile, decontrolled entry & work, The whole World of everyone .

apart from the wishes of Shroff, I want to make it clear that both the words represent the same situation. In some States one word is used whereas in some other States it is used another.
The rest of the reply has been given by Shroff effectively with one amendment that I want to see Sanskrit as world language.

I am also of the same opinion, that legal heir ship certificate and survivor certificate are same.
