Sunita,
Personal career is personal choice too.
One must work what one can enjoy doing it.
So it comes to your interest and liking, where your happiness count.
Both are equally good profession.
One is corporate bound, a service after all.
Lawyer is no servant of anyone. He is master, and can face lots of challenges.
If you ask me, what is my choice , I will say "Law Practice. "
Difference is, I am bombay based Male, and you are a girl in Faridabad.
I am in metropolitan city, , you had no choice.
There are more Old Man Advocate, and very few old Lady Advocate.
Ladies also have burden of growing Children,Home and family, return home daily, cannot interact with criminals,, police. So consiser all, then decide. Ladies prefer Corporate jobs, as in office, not to travel daily outdoor in hot, cold and rain, etc etc.
Now choice is yours. Most important what interest you. OK

you are already a company secretary . you have enrooled yourself for degree course in law.
the law degree can be an added qualification for you .
in my view you should continue working as company secretary .
law has long gestation period . these days corporates pay well . would advise you to stick to CS .
the advantage in being a lawyer as succiently put by Mr shroff is you are your master . you cna have your timings and ana dded advantage is the vacations you get for nearly 2 months in a year .
ultimately you have to take the decision .

As per my experience of corporate sector, the degree of law to a Company Secretary definitely flourishes his further chance there. Your degree of CS shall not add anything if you decide to practice in law whereas degree of law shall add colours in your already perused career.
It also seems some confusion in your mind. You are asking query whether to start practice or not and also a firm etc. etc. and on the other hand also want to have the address of any institute for IPR.
You yourself decide what is your personal taste instead of obtaining suggestions from whole world. You can collect information about plus minus of a particular sector before you decide a definite line of action.
