Rights transfer

Dear All

I just want to know.Is there any procedure to transfer my rights , means without consent of my family memeber i can't sell the property or my family memeber claim equal rights on my property .However property is my name(registered owner of the property) & property also mortgaged with the bank due to avail a home loan from the bank

Property shall be self acquired and property should also mortgage free to transfer.

You can transfer the property if the property is self earned. But, if the property is a joint family property or ancestral property, then you cannot transfer the same without the consent of the other family members.

no you cannot transfer . it is mortgaged and without consent of bank you cnat create thrid party rights .

Even if you are owner you can not transfer it without consent of bank in whose favor it is mortgaged.

You without obtaining permission of any family member can sale it but subject to redemption from mortgage.
