I am convinced for a larger good I need to complaint against the dealers who are selling 3/5 Kg LPG cylinders fitted with burners without any ISI marks as well as providing refilled cylinders kept inside the genral stores without any licences and safe guards.
To whom should address my complaint at Secunderabad(AP)?
Aren't the IOCL, BPCL etc responsible for such open selling LPG without licence and safekeep?

Dear Sir
We the people of India have given you onerous responsibility to
extract , refine , store and distribute LPG gases for industries as
well as for domestic purposes. There are certain safe guards which are
to be taken keeping the inflammable nature of the products. You are
doing well.
For domestic cylinders to reach home for cooking one needed to
register , subscribe and get the services.with safety ensured and
constantly monitored. There are emergency cell which are as apt as the
black cat commandos to .deal with some leakages somewhere.
But what about refilling of 3/5 Kg gas cylinders being sold by the
neighbourhood general shops. Those deadly cylinders without any ISI
marks fitted with deadlier gas stoves on the top are being sold
without any registration from those shops without any hassles.Who is
responsible for filling those spurious cylinders which are the root
cause of many a major fire across the country as they are being used
extensively by the poor and the marginalized. They are also being used
by the picnic parties as well as by the tourist operators .
LPG is unlike salt or pepper or some potato chips which can be made
available of the counter by any body and everybody? It has to be PSU
giants like you or someone from the private class eg Reliance etc.All
those are big big players who are considered very respectable
companies with responsible people. But how those small time general
merchants are able to fill those sub-standard 3/5 kg cylinders
flouting all norms? But without collisions from someone within none
will be able to fill those cylinders with LPG gases which are filled
and sealed by your esteemed companies for the safety of the people of
India.
I am lodging a complaint against your esteemed company and requesting
you investigate how your LPG is finding its way to those 3/5 Kg LPG
cylinder cum gas stove dealers at the Neredmet X Road Secunderabad (
AP).
I will ask for the name and addresses of the officials who are
supposedly be your field officers to ensure that such pilferage do not
happen. I will ask for info of the LPG distributors from where filled
and sealed LPG cylinders are being taken by the unscrrulous elements
for filling those unsafe 3/5 Kg gas cylinders for domestic use.
I will come very heavily on your esteemed company if the sale of such
LPg cylinders filled with your LPG does not stop forth with and I mean
it.
