Legal Representative is anybody who in law represents the estate of the deceased person, or who intermeddles with his estate (i.e without the authority of law - manages his estate etc) or on whom representative capacity devolves after death (for eg : after death of karta next adult male member becomes karta)
This is based on S.2(11) CPC
