in month of august 2011 my tenant go without informing me. when i visit my house then some people tell me tenant was doing some wrong work of provide wrong visa to people.i informed this to police and give list of some old furniture left by tenant.
after few month a person with wrong visa arrested in airport. then police from airport came to my house and enquired me and take copy of all paper including police verification.

after few month a police officer came to my house fix this notice of procalamation on tenant name on my house wall.

notice 82 is give on my tenant name but fix on my house wall. time for appearing was 19/2/2012 expires . now can i removed this notice from my wall or not.
is there any risk for me . need help . what should i do with that old furniture of tenant

this tenancy period start in may. two dealer provide me this tenant. i was submited police verification form in police station but as usual no verification done by police. tenant give me his voter id card and delhi jal board id card copy also.but his old address mentioned in voter id is not exist in that area and delhi jal board id is also not correct . now one more person arrested in punjab airport with wrong visa so again police came and take my bayaan that 'this property is on my name and i dont know where he has gone. he was my tenant.and duration was may to august.
