How to prove coercion or fraud by the way of oral or documentary evidence.
we submited doctor certificate.(copy attached herewith)along with restore petition at District Munsif.
But I am not submitted while praying restore petition I.A.16/2012.
my petition addressed to respected CJ Madras High Court Dt. 26/11/2011,(fraud compromise happened 22/11/2011 in front of District Munsif.
And judgment copy of CRL. RC. 1272/2012 (to take criminal action because of respondent filed forged notary sworn affidavit OS78/2003) copy attached herewith.
I am going to appeal Madras High Court, I am a NRI. My father is extreme innocent. And senior citizen.
What document i have to submit to high court? or what oral evidence i have to submit high court?.
Pls. check judgment and other document and advise me please.
Even I made complaint against notary public to Bar council of Tamil Nadu.
Attached my petition dated 26/11/2011, and Crl. R.C. 1272/2006 Judgment copy is enough to prove documentary evidence for restore petition appeal at Madras High Court?
or I have to produce other documentary or oral evidence?
Kindly, explain me, what document or what oral evidence i have to produce of Madras High Court. Because of, we are not submited evidence District Munsif dissmissed my restore petition. kindly advise me please.

My petition addressed to CJ, Madras dated 26/11/2011 (attached herewith). I wrote letter to CJ to save my father absconding after signed compromise on 22/11/2011 petition. And we got my father immediately on 30/11/2011 filed restore petition section 151. And I made criminal complaint during the period of OS78/2003 pending time under section IPC465, local police under bribe made mistake of fact. I moved Madras High Court Crl. R.C. 1272/2006 (judgment copy attached herewith). Judgment asking us to go and get remedy at Civil Court. Now, Civil court dissmiss OS78/2003 by fraud compromise. And restore petition dissmissed due to not produced oral or documentary evidence? my question is what doucment or oral evidence should submit at Madras High court for appeal restore petition. Or my petition addressed to respected CJ on 26/11/2011 and Crl. R.C. 1272 judgment is enough to submit documentary evidence advise me please.
