Hi,
I am accused by as per chargesheted by CBI,Patna. Matter is that I was one of Director of a pvt.ltd. company which loan from bank and later defaulter to pay the loan ammount. loan was issue as OD facility without any resolution by the company or without any proper signature by directors.
Kindly suggest me for my resposibility and guilty.

Right, if it was loan only, bank could have gone for civil suit or under sarfresi acu.

You have not stated the exact reason on account of which a CBI case arose. Merely being a Director of a pvt ltd. company cannot be the reason to attract intervention of CBI to make a case. The question arises, how a CBI case cropped up just for a bank loan, that too as an OD facility.

It seems that this 'director' without obtaining the authority or signature of other directors fradulantly prepared the necessary documents and defrauded various banks in multi-crores and when the matter revealed to higher ups, political leadership handed over the matter to the CBI and now he is querist.
This is just my imagination. I may be wrong but the querist is not opening his mouth so I think this also suits him.
