Regularization of covering the terrace with transparent sheets

i am owning a flat in pune muncipal corporation area. i purchased the flat in 1994 along with 180 sq ft terrace on the first floor of the building (co-operative housing society).the flat and terrace are on the main road side of a national highway. earlier pune satara road NH was almost 50m away from our society and traffic was also less. but due to road widening the highway is almost touching our building. increased traffic has increased the noise and air pollution to unbearable limits. so also there is a menace of bird droppings in the terrace. in 2009 we gave birth to a baby and covered the terrace with semi transparent plastic sheet and grills on both sides with sliding windows on main road side. in 2012 our society has served a notice that if i do not remove the terrace covering they will complain to pune municipal corporation. i need a advice that can i regularize this covering of terrace and what is the policy of PMC regarding such issues

You can get Municipal Permission for temp Shed , for Monsoon, on paying Tax. You Apply for permanent Shed thereafter, offering regular Tax to PMC, as u own it as per Agreement.

so that in case the society complains to municipality and there is action for demolition the courts will hear my say first

No court shall pass any exparte order of demolition of any type of construction without affording you an opportunity to say your version of rights.
