I have been appointed as an APP recently, but I have not learn how to take evidence. please suggest and if possible any sample question that will help me to understand

its a joke! who appointed you as APP who even don't know how to examin a witness. SUBMIT A LETTER OF RESIGNATION First and attend a chamber of a senior lawyer as junior as soon as possible. It is just unbelievable.

This happens only in India.
Even 10th pass Govt servants appearing as presenting officer in departmental proceedings know this.
Advise of Mr Partha P Borbora does not appear as a joke. If you follow this advise then you may be saved of the unwanted allegation of connivance with the accused if the case fails because of your lack of aptitude. Such case can cost you very heavily in career.

Otherwise how many cases are convicted?? 2%?? 5%?? what difference it make??
Do Indian People have confidence in Judiciary?? People are murdered, how many are hanged?? 5%?? too much.
A Honest un-experienced Learner APP can be 10 Times More effective than a seasoned & senior corrupt APP.
