MY FRIENDS FATHER IS CHANGE HIS D.O.B. IN HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. SO WHAT PROCEED OF THIS? ANY AFFIDAVIT MADE IT?

change of name query comes repeatedly. Only an is Affidavit & Gazette. Added c Publish in two news paper for certain govt authority e.g. Passport.
