Sir,
As i am newly in to the field, One of my client wife (Teacher) has taken away his student 17 year old boy due to love affairs,But they were married before 14 years the age of the teacher 34 ,my clinet 35 and the student 17.Now she is judicila custody for kidnapping the student.My client want to seperate from his wife as she has made his life miserable and hence due to that the mdeia has taken the issue as like a cover story for 10 days. Now my client want to seperate from her wife with his son of 11 years old. Pl advice.
Action taken Till now: I have issued a divorce notice to that lady and may be this week i will be filling the divorce case.
Any other legal action can be taken from my client side as the lady relatives were presuing my client not to go for divorce.. etc.. pl advice.

With the facts stated above, divorce is the best option and it is also to the advantage of your client. Getting divorce will be easy for him with no maintenance.
No other action is necessary at this stage as already a criminal case is pending against her and she is in judicial custody.

You are on right track but while drafting the plaint be clear what you say. The judge does not have time to keep repeated reading of text till he understands.
