Dear Experts

can a person come and file a complaint directly on the ngo office, without prescribed fee. what is the correct procedure to file a complaint in the non-government office.

what is the problem first tell here, common presumption are not easy to give suggestion or advise.

accepted the experts opinion. still further when applying under RTI there is an RTI officer in every NGO who has to supply the information and if the same is not satisfied you can go for an appeal within 30 days.

All NGOs are not under the purview of RTI.
