Hello,
Here i am posting about my problem..
please give me perfect suggestions ASAP.
i joined with one company under contract of 2 years,
while joining i submitted my certificates in original.
got completed a service of 9 months.
now my health was not supporting to attend job work and permanently i thought to relieve from work.
i presented the same thing to my HR with proofs of doctor certificates.
She was replying me 2 points
1. have to train new people up to 45 days from now and collect certificates after completion of 1 year
2.no point on surrendering certificates now.
how come i will get my certificates back from them?
going with legal approach possible?
i am too poor in this case and please assist me in getting back those certificates..

if any one knows who is the best person to dealt with this issue pls let me know immediately.

Consult local lawyer and furnish legal notice, in these days no body bandhua Mazdoo and certificates are your property

what is your health problem ? is it serious?
company may feel that you are trying to evade serving for 2 years as provided under contract .
since HR is willing to relive you after 45 days take relieving letter after resigning from company . then insist on your certificates

Thank you for reply.. i thought to consult a lawyer.. but my parents are not allowing me to fight against an organization, because they are having more money to manage the conditions.

i am suffering with epilepsy - one kind of neurology problem,
another point my HR mentioned here..
@ if there was no productivity from my work also they are ready to terminate and totally no chance to get back certificates..
i dont know about the laws made on agreement
once we are in bond means we have to work , but how come will employee give productivity in case of ill health ?
i asked the same to my HR
She replying me as no way of considering whatever it may be,we have your certificates . if you want your certificates back , you have to do what we told and incase if you accept to do these all up to 2 months then we give only your certificates, we are not ready to provide any experience letters.
please assist me to overcome these all problems.

accept condion of training employees for 45 days and leave organisation on amicable note .
take a releiving letter from organisation .
later on send letters /email that sinceou are no more working for organisation to return your certifcates . if they refuse to do so move court
