Tenancy

(Querist) 13 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
exparte eviction orders passed whereby tenant is directed to handover possession within 2 months. since this is exparte order and tenant/defendent is not aware of order should i inform him by sending copy of order or i should sent lawyer notice to inform him of the court orders so that he may vacate of his own i.e. without filing execution of eviction orders. pl guide
