Judgement in a suit for specific performance

i shall be grateful to the forum of eminent lawyers to guide me to know that whether a plaintiff or a defendant can approach Supreme Court about the judgement by a high court in a suit for specific performance wherein the suit was filed in High court as the deal was for more than Rs.20 lakhs and out of jurisdiction of lower court. Whether Supreme Court admits the appeal of either of defendant or plaintiff of a case of this nature. Thanking you

Yes, Supreme court can admit the appeal of

plaintiff or defendant whosoever files the appeal.

any aprty to the suit can file appeal . if suprem court is convinced that prima facie case is amde out it willa dmit appeal
